Tour of Oxford by train less than 1 hour from London
We'll meet at Paddington station and take the 1hr train to Oxford where we head straight for Christchurch the largest college in Oxford (one of nearly 40).
I've been guiding there for 27 years and never tire of the beauty of the city with its charming alley ways and cobbled stone streets. Some of the college's are open to visitors usually with a charge. I also suggest visiting Magdalen college.
We'll see many colleges on our walk and at the very centre of the university is the magnificent Bodleian library (that can be visited at certain times) and the magnificent Divinity room.
