After the booking
4 days before the trip, you will get an email with your tour guide’s details (name, photo and phone number)

Your tour guide will be waiting for you at the arrival area, holding a sign reading "your name"
The tour guide will wait
You will have 30 minutes from the time of arrival to meet the tour guide. If there is a delay, we will call to ask if you need more time.
